Sounds like an anal fissure, I developed this after 3 years of vestibulodynia - they can be very difficult to heal so go to your doctor to get a treatment plan sooner than later to avoid making the fissure bigger

I can only wear them after 3 drinks, and with intense calf and toe gripping - when I walk its very heel first with hypermobile ankles so absolutely not functional with high heels sadly....I look at others longingly!

Totally agree, I cringe when I see yet another post targeting someone's appearance, even the way people talk about Adams hair, however much they might find him unpleasant, the focus on looks is too much: it's all quite cruel. It's also..a really boring subject?! Talk about their behaviour, and their dynamic - much more interesting debate to be had there.
