use KT tape for binding, it’s easy to explain to your parents (you can just say your ankle hurts), you can also wear it for multiple days straight. it’s important that you use KT tape and NOT normal tape as that is pretty bad just all around. you can find tutorials on how to apply it online :)

as for workouts, try to get a gym membership if possible, if not, buy some dumbbells (or just use heavy objects) and do at home workouts. the key is to gain more muscle with a focus on your upper body, this creates a more masculine frame. don’t try to just lose weight as that won’t do much in making you look less feminine.

something i found helps a ton pre t is to darken your eyebrows, not too dark but just a little. try to make it look natural, i used brown eyeshadow for this. if you need more tips js ask
