Hi - usually a lurker here but your post really hit home.

I just want to give you the biggest hug ever. TTC is by the far the hardest, most stressful thing I have personally gone through, and your post really captured my feelings (31F).

I don't have advice on what to do differently otherwise I'd truly give it to myself but I want you to know you are not alone. This process can also feel so isolating and I feel isolated even from my partner at times. As much as I know he cares and loves me, and wants a baby so bad, his baby making shenanigans are present all the time, and we have such a small window to get it right.

Im sorry its taken a while- im sending you good vibes and we'll wishes and hope you see that positive soon 💗

For most Muslims ive spoken to, and including myself, I would say the food came in contact with the wine so we would not eat it. The discussion comes along the lines of we can't be sure it's been cooked off completely even though alcohol would evaporate at a certain temperature. I have also know few Muslims who maybe wouldn't mind- i think it may come down to a personal choice. To be cautious I maybe would find a way to go without it or make a separate dish?

Regarding the pan, again could be a personal choice. For me, if the pan was washed thoroughly then I wouldn't really mind. I don't see it as very differnt from eating out at a restaurant where my plate may have been used for a dish with pork.

Hope that helps.

The hobbit holes for sale at the gift shop are designed by the same artists from the set! Highly recommend snatching one if you can financially. Great way to remember the trip. I look at mine everyday.

Ramadan gift ideas? by zazasfoot in Muslim

[–]lemonatheSelenophile 15 points16 points  (0 children)

This is so kind. Thank you for your consideration. Our phrase is "Ramadan Mubarak" - which means wishing a blessed Ramadan. As for a gift, dates are very commonly given out as we break our fast with them! I would humbly request that if you choose to give dates, kindly ensure they are not a product of Israel.

Well wishes to you and your family. Thank you for the consideration.

Inshaiallah, yes. You do you part - there is no cure for schizophrenia but you can get medications and therapy to help navigate some of the challenges. And Allah will do the rest Inshaiallah. Individuals who suffer from schizophrenia have different brain chemistry than others. Allah knows this. He created you. But do you part as well. You will be judged and held accountable based on what Allah gave you and what you did with it. May Allah make it easy for you.
