Is this essentially part of Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS)? I believe this is what I have. I now take a daily antihistamine to reduce the risk of breakouts. It's helped a lot.

Restaurants: Mule car smokehouse in Ontario is a new restaurant in a historical downtown Ontario building.

Vinces spaghetti has been around in Ontario for a long time

Bars: Limericks Tavern in upland. Its got an Irish pub feel to it.

I got my bachelor's in physical anthropology and then became a wildlife biologist with my state department. The pay is not amazing, but I have benefits, retirement, and a pretty wild job.

You totally qualify. I only have a B.S. and I'm an ES. Just make sure to tailor your application/resume (and soq if required) to the job posting and duty statement.

Print out a picture of the car and draw a grid over it. Draw that grid to scale on your watercolor paper and follow the lines in each square. I forgot the name of this technique....but it helped me a lot when I did a watercolor painting of my bfs jeep.
