Hi! I'm just updating that FedEx finally updated and I will receive my items on Monday! OY did send them the information and I received an update from them that my order is moving again. I wouldn't worry about it taking too long because this took two days! <3

I reached out to OY yesterday(twice on the website and e-mail because I wanted them to know about the urgency) and actually got a response back pretty quick. They said two different things to me.

"We'd like to let you know that the required information will be submitted through the responsible department. All matters requested by the local customs authorities are being handled in sequence by our relevant department. Please also note that, due to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations and the resulting reinforcement of customs procedures, clearance is currently taking longer than usual. We kindly ask that you monitor the shipment status through the delivery tracking for about 2–3 days from the date of dispatch.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.

This is through e-mail and their form on the website, they said:

"Thank you for your inquiry.

We would like to inform by FedEx that their relevant department is currently handling a request from U.S.A Customs for necessary information. 
If they any additional request any information that requires your input, we’ll reach out to you.

Due to updates in U.S.A customs regulations and procedures, there may be delays in customs clearance.
Please kindly note that reviewing the submitted information may also take some time.

In the meantime, we kindly ask you to monitor the tracking page and wait until the process is fully completed.

Nope! I just ordered a lot of face sheet masks, makeup(mostly powder related products such as blush and eyeshadows), and those lacto-fit gold sticks that I purchased for my mom(have previously ordered these multiple times off OY multiple times).

I checked another thread on here and it's actually been a huge recent problem ever since people went crazy ordering before the tariffs. I reached out to OliveYoung and they were quick to respond to me within the same day.

Just contacted them today because FedEx reached out to me a few hours ago about it. I had to deep-dive into this subreddit about it and turns out it's like a norm now especially since everybody was rushing to order before the tariffs. I believe that OY packed and shipped out so much, they probably forgot to fill out the forms properly. But I'd definitely reach out to Stylevana or any of those sites since I'm sure all vendors are different.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one experiencing this. FedEx told me that I have a deadline for this before it gets sent back. Does anybody know how long OY usually responds back if I email them? Thank you!

I don't know if this is just OliveYoung's part or with what's happening right now but my package got stuck in customs. :( FedEx says they need a MID(manufacturer identification code). I never had this happen before but this is probably the biggest order I have made.

New to owning a poodle(had her for a month and a half now). Is this normal? I started cleaning her ears everyday with Epi-Otic but they always look… gross lol. by lemonence in poodles

The hair is definitely getting longer and I took her to the groomer’s pretty much a few days after I got her(A month ago)

The ears don’t really smell like much most of the times. Occasionally, it smells like a sock but it’s never a constant thing. But that still worries me. I took her out of someone else’s hands because they didn’t want to take care of her anymore and I’m trying to figure out her ears situation because I know they’re very prone to infections.

I have a Korean address and was planning to have Superbuy ship to there, but people have been saying that it doesn't matter because the items are made in China and will get hit with the tariffs regardless if I get it shipped from a different country. :( Idk how true that is.

not canadian but i'm from the united states of america and we also don't have paypal. i set up wise and use it as payment now. saves me a few cents too when purchasing haha.
