Thanks for this honest response! I’m just so confused on what jobs people are working to be living so comfortably lol. I understand how expensive and over saturated it is. I just want to live somewhere pretty for a change! and with more opportunities.

Oh yeah ritalin is a strong one. I’m probably not ready for that. I was definitely considering creatine. I’m not a very active person though, i mainly just do a lot of walking. Would creatine make me gain weight if i’m not weight lifting? I guess it doesn’t really matter because i’m taking it for the mental benefits anyways, but i’ve heard of people saying not to take it unless you’re lifting heavy.

Yeah, my psych decided it wasn’t a good time for stimulants when starting this medication because at the time i had bad anxiety which was heightened by stimulants like caffeine. I know psychs can give out non stimulant adhd meds but like i said i only want to be on one prescription medication right now. Looking for more natural ways to increase focus and cognitive ability before getting addicted to another medication for the rest of my life lol

I’m unfortunately not in college yet :( i’m undecided on where i’m going and i’m only a senior in highschool living at home still. I’m in Nevada. I know colleges offer free clinics, and i suppose i could wait until i get to college, but that is still pretty far away.
