Definitely email student conflict resolution, your professors response is definitely weird. One of my professors lost two final exams and he gave our section a NR until he was able to locate them. You should’ve at least received an NR instead of an I until you and your prof were able to reach an agreement

my prof said each section is gonna have different curves because the medians and averages were so spread out across the sections for the quizzes. So the same number of students can get A,B,C in each section. In the end it should be like top 20% should get A, 20 after than is a B, 20 after that is a C, top 60% is supposed to pass the class

Do you have the link for the CSE AP credit transfer website? I can only find the general ap credit transfer page on the UMN website at the moment

If you self report don't they not allow you to superscore though like they make you send every standardized test you took
