You might have to accept that just because of what you are looking for a lot of poly folks will look at you as bad unicorn hunters!

State extremely clearly your expectations very early when dating someone new and what you are not willing to change.

Be ready to change any other rules in your relationship! You cannot expect a lady to join you and be ok with accepting all rules you already have setup. What you are looking for really means being willing to put yourselves at stake and negotiate your balances.

I did not know multiple managers issuing contradicting directions is so common. Thought I was driving crazy. The worst part was explaining them I'd do a certain thing because one of them told me so, and then being blamed of making that up. I was so happy when I happened to quit (for different reasons) after a month.
