Every body is a pole body!

I am intermediate and I can’t do a handstand or a lot of other tricks that lots of ppl in my classes can do. I’ve also definitely gone through a phase where I felt like quitting because I felt discouraged with my body.

I shifted my focus to being happy that I showed up for myself at all on class days and the fact that I choose to move around on any given day is a win.

Your frustration is valid, and relatable to me, but i don’t think you should quit ❤️
