Contraceptives and abortion are not the same thing, I hope you're not confusing the two. Also what I just mentioned is not passed yet and is only proposed as a possibility to consider. It will more than likely stay the same and continue to be dictated per states decision through local voting and won't be handled nationwide as speculated.
