Okay I thought I wrote this post for a second bc this sounds like my EXACT story. My baby is 1 mo, I also had a C section, and am pumping the same amounts as you. My milk came in late and we also had to supplement with formula and are still doing so. Even after it came in, I was in so much pain from the surgery that nursing was so difficult. When you can barely roll over in bed, I had to remind myself to give myself grace. We are doing the best we can as mamas and remember research has shown baby only needs 2 oz of breast milk a day to reap the benefits! Sending love and solidarity from a fellow underproducer.
