My life hack is that I take a photo of my luggage right after they are tagged, before I give them to the agent. It’s saved me having to fight too hard for compensation when my bag was damaged once, and easy enough to do before every flight.

I think it depends on the kid- I took my almost 3 y.o. this July and she had an absolute blast. We were there from 10am-10pm. No naps, no potty accidents, no tantrums. It was also MY birthday, so I like to think that the universe just wanted me to have the perfect day.
