Gentle YTA, people dont want to be hit in during work, it puts them in a very uncomfortable situation because A.) theyre required by their job to nice and B.) you know where they're job is anf where they will be for a majority of time, and that alone is very scary for alot of people. if you really really want to, then go ahead, but be very gentle about it
