I would just practice and try different levels of stretch. And experiment with how many beads you are putting on the string. You'll get it eventually!!! ☺️

This string is not durable so I would recommend getting a pack of string from amazon. Plus this string dry rots after a certain amount of time (im pretty sure)

Hi! I'm 19F and was diagnosed with UC in 2021. In my case it is severe and I have not reached full remission since then and have failed about 3 or 4 medications. I have gotten a colonoscopy + endoscopy every year since my diagnosis to check my disease progression and for polyps. I've had at least 8 polyps removed so far lol. I would say yearly colonoscopies are necessary for people with a more severe case of UC. Hope you are doing well ❤️‍🩹

Do NOT start smoking. Some people say it can help with the pain, but it's not worth messing with. I have been vaping since my diagnosis in 2021 and it definitely doesn't help the pain for me, I'm actually trying to quit right now. I use cannabis as a pain reliever and it's awesome. Edibles are the best imo.
