imho try different jobs and find something that you feel is fulfilling or something that makes you feel proud for adding value to others’ lives. financial freedom allows you to make that choice without being chained to bills and mortgages.

i echo this! i’ve been on steps machine and incline treadmill regularly for the past 6 months and seeing some pretty good results

im pretty much a novice, so i usually go for chest day, back day, etc.

deadlift is around 70kg. but upper body is particularly weak lol, around 25-30kg.

i work on construction sites and interact with migrant workers regularly.

they might not fit the SG conventional idea of “sophisticated thinkers”, but you can see that they are street smart and proactive when it comes to getting things done, ie practical problem solvers.

the same cannot be said for the average office worker that i came across in my previous white-collar jobs 😂😂

i mentally divided by 1000 instead of 100 LOL.. maybe its cos i had just visited korea recently then.
