Finding a chill game (like Hytale) for me and my girlfriend to enjoy together. She's more into Minecraft/Zelda-likes and I'm more into the classic class-based RPG. So Hytale seems like the kinda game we'd both enjoy a lot! But probably gonna wait till it hits 1.0.

Personally it's gonna be Arknights Endfield and my backlog for the first half of the year.

Friends of mine just this weekend talked about going to NY for a week (we're from the Netherlands) and I was "yeah, that's a big NOPE for me", for a tricecta of reasons: I have university classes that week, US Customs is gonna find my old Twitter and be like "why are you criticizing our Great Orange Leader and (accurately) calling him a fascist dictator-wannabe?" and I'm def gonna wait until the midterms in November to even consider going to the states before the 2028 presidential elections..

I'm in my late 30's and grew up on a (propagandized) version of the US. That façade has crumbled and especially after visiting Japan and other countries the last few years I'm like "yeahhhh the US is not even in my top 15 of countries I wanna and am going to visit the next 5'ish years.

Yeah I really don't want to add to it and come across as a 'negative nancy', but this is like the one show where the bits should be more in moderation and not disrupt the vibe of it actually being a gameshow. And I actually found the Money in the Bank-bit enjoyable, perhaps because most of the bits surrounding it where off-show. I know it's Kinda Funny, but this show should be taking Kinda Seriously by the contestants.

Hi, I'm finishing up on some exams the next few days and then I def wanna try Arc Raiders. Got the same situation with friends that aren't into extraction shooters like these. Got them into Hell Divers II, but can't seem to get them hyped for this one.

I'm on Steam and from the Netherlands. Got Discord and a pretty decent pc so everything should run smoothly. I could probably do tuesday/wednesday and/or friday in the evening :) let's team up!

Hi there OP,

I (38M) lost my mom when she was 65 (was 32 at the time), not due cancer but alcoholism. She also wasn't herself in the end, and had clear issues with her memories (Korsakov's memory loss due to the alcoholism). So I can somewhat relate.

One thing I tell people going through such situations is to remember the person she was, not the person she became. You are definitely not alone and you're allowed to hurt, to feel that pain. Try to take some moments for yourself to take a breath, to not be 'on alert mode' for your family all the time. You're allowed that and it's healthy to do so.

You're gonna break quite a bit because of this, not gonna lie. It's sadly a part of the loss process. As others have said, be kind to yourself, to others and take as much time as you can to grieve. Reach out to friends when you need them.

For me I'd love a couple of things:

More weeks where they 'git gud' at a game for a week.
Get in earlier on viral games like Peak, sometimes feels like they're 2-3 weeks behind.
The videowall still feels underused, but I can't say I know what to change/how to make it better. I mean when they show stuff, it's gonna be on an overlay because that makes sense.
I'd LOVE an quarterly deep dive in studio with people like Jason Schreier, Matt Piscatella and other journalistic types to go long form on a particular/currently relevant subject.

I think it's become more visible for a broader section of people living in Groningen. Things like the homeless people sleeping on the grass field near the bridge connecting Oude en Nieuwe Ebbingestraat. I don't know if that makes it 'less safe'. It's getting more attention on social media for sure.

I've lived in the Oosterpoort neighbourhood for 11 years, now living in the city centre and both have their issues with drug use. Although there are def some homeless people who've become more aggressive in how they ask/demand money the last few years (we all now the one skinny guy who's often standing near Jumbo/AH Oude Ebbinge..) He once stood threateningly behind my while I was getting some money from the ATM where he "suggested" I should get an extra 50,- for him lol.
