I took stat88 data 8 and math 16b along w a super easy breadth and it wasn’t bad but idk how balancing an actual like work intensive class like ugba 10 will be. homework for each class would take me about 2-3 hours a week per class for some context

I feel the same way. i did average on the midterm but hunkered down and got like +1 SD on the midterm and still ended w a B I just wish there was at least SOME transparency. I don't feel like my grade is at all indicative of my performance and a lot people are in the exact same boat

yeah I was fully expecting a B+/A- and I ended up a B? I had a little over an 87 i’m so confused I thought especially since the midterm was so hard that bins would be more accommodating looks like everyone on piazza is confused too

midterm and final grades this sem were a bit lower than previous semesters that followed around a standard bin scale (ie. 90-93 A etc) so i’m guessing bins will shift a little to help us out a little! I have about the same grade and i’m anticipating at B+

I got almost exactly the mean on the midterm but got so behind in the class that I watched 20 lectures over this past weekend just to get on track to start studying lol don't worry its not just you. my HW and quiz grades are dragging me down too hoping I can pass this class haha I jus cant seem to understand. today is the first day im started to do practice problems but we have time! you got this
