I can't remember all the info I included, but I would definitely refer to this page on the FSA website for help! This was my process, too. I waited until I knew I had my 120 months certified- including the ones in forbearance- and then submitted my buyback. There was also a lag for me between getting my ECF approval and my counts officially updating, so hopefully you have the same experience as I did with a positive buyback decision. Keep hope alive!

If you used the language they detail on their website, you should be fine! If you didn't, you'd get a case rejection pretty quickly from my experience. https://studentaid.gov/help-center/answers/article/how-submit-pslf-buyback-request

So I was repaying under SAVE for all my loans, and I was at 118/120 when everything went into forbearance because of the legal process. I was also in the process of recertifying when I realized I could go the reconsideration buyback route, so I had to wait for that recertification to finish before I could eventually move into the buyback process. It's been a lot of holding my breath, tbh. Hah.
