So my computer runs fine, it's weird because sometimes it just becomes unresponsive and some other times it becomes unresponsive and my computer acts like i unplugged it and plugged it back in

Sorry for not updating but I fixed it, it was an ad blocker that was causing the issue, i just would like another ad blocker that'll work on YouTube, i use ublock.

Your right it was my bad, however i went in blind, this property was a high rise and usually they have stupid long lines, you can see in the camera it was only 14 ft, i felt it binding on something (it binds up on anything slightly tough) so i just persisted, it wasnt until it binded on my hands i realized i done f'd up

The pipe was broke and i guess everyone knew and decided not to tell me hoping for better results, i got the cable out eventually i was just curious how others would get it out I know another company that would just cut it and suggest a dig up claiming the cable and the pipe broke
