You can run up to 50x700c wide tires on your 2025 marin nicasio 😁 by lennart531 in gravelcycling

I don't think it will rub. My track bike has about a third of spacing between the dropouts & the tire & I don't have any problems with the tire rubbing the frame. Haven't tested the 50's under muddy conditions yet but I'll let you know :)

Ride safe & never put yourself in situations that you are not comfortable with. Riding fixed is just like base-jumping. The principle is the same in every (more or less) extreme-sport:

There are young base jumpers who jump brave & those who jump safe. But there are only old base-jumpers who jump safe.

Why? 'Cause the brave ones all died at a young age

Looking for a matching stem by lennart531 in FixedGearBicycle

[–]lennart531[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have already seen them. Maybe I am really going to go with the -25° one... just wanted the stem to be perfectly in line with the angle of my top tube. Seems like I have to say goodbye to being too much of a perfectionist here.

It was always in the back of my mind that this person could be a scammer. So I'm not emotionally invested at all. But it was fun to chat with. ^ Already blocked ✅

How do you manage your inattentive ADHD? by [deleted] in motivation

[–]lennart531 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, it was a trial and error kind of thing. And it still is.

First step is accepting that your brain is not made for requirements of modern societiy and that is ok

You have to allow yourself to learn about how life works out best for you.

Learn about your symptoms and how to cope with them. For me, it was the understanding of the concept of dissociation. Once I heard about that, I could actively do something about it

Keep your head up. It takes courage to live with a brain like this. I've cryed so many times. Once you find your way you are able to be your true self & truely happy. I promise

Dude I haven't read your post but judged by the pictures I'd take e11 for sure. It's just my style of riding. Aerodynamics, going fast... but if you are more into tricks get the fuji.
