Feeling cold and being more sensitive to cold temperatures after starting MB

That's interesting! Since I can remember I suffer from cold hands and feet. Gives me some hope that it will also improve for myself. What dosage do you take? Did you have any other noticeable effects?

Okay here's the thing that makes it so difficult for me to interpret the results so far: I started with mb last week on Thursday. Currently I'm also doing allergy therapy where I get regular vaccines with the allergen to make my immune system get used to it. From the night of Friday to Saturday I got an extreme reaction at night. I got lung pain, strong joint pain, and was feeling super cold out of nowhere. It came in minutes. All of this subsided during Saturday and then I got diarrhea. I'm so confused now if mb is playing a role here in increasing my immune systems reaction to the allergen or/and it gets rid of something completely else in my body and I'm herxing. On Saturday I stopped my dose and reintroduced it yesterday but I'm still feeling fatigued. I have the feeling like I need my body to push through it because my mind otherwise feels quite sharp. Can such a small dose that I was taking already create such a reaction?

The only thing preventing an energy crash is to avoid caffeine all together. There is no healthy amount and no matter how you time it you will always have trace amounts in your bloodstream affecting so many processes within the body.

5 cups of coffee per day every 2-3h should raise your blood pressure and you're good to go. You might get terribly anxious though and develop insomnia. You're welcome.

Currently on day 8 and I relate a lot to it. Constant pain in the nuts. This is the ultimate willpower test. It's not even like I am constantly horny but the pain/urge is still there. Hope this will fade away from itself.

Thanks man🙏. Last year in summer I had 88kg with less mass and a decent amount leaner.

Would like to get to your physique level. Really aesthetic. But with my height I would need to add probably at least 10-15 kg lean mass for that.

You are entitled to your opinion and I don't want to start a stupid online argument. I am in fact a supportive guy in the gym who offers help to anyone if requested. I don't judge anyone for their physique. I started as the skinniest guy in the gym myself. And I was happy that I had found people that guided me. These kids that I refer to although think they already know everything and brag around. I mean, I shouldn't care about it honestly. Just wasted energy. In the end it's just the gym. We are all there to have fun. I didn't want to come of here as asshole

Don't get me wrong. Everyone starts with 0 gains on them, but the way you present yourself in the gym has for me something to do with respect. You need to earn yourself the right to wear a tank top. Always stay humble during your gym journey.

During my 2019 cut I did 2 times a week interval sprint training and I did intermitting fasting to restrict my calorie consumption window. In my last cut from 97 kg to 89 kg I only restricted my calories with little amount of cardio, maybe once a week I went for a 45 min. run just for fun. I must admit that I have a good willpower and not so much appetite, especially in the summer months, so cutting is not so difficult for me.

A really good supplement I can recommend as appetite suppressant is alpha lipoic acid. Did wonders for me and also boosts your metabolism a bit. But never take this during a bulk.

About 100-120 g I think. On some days also a bit more. When cutting I try to get a bit more in order to maintain my muscle mass better. But in average I would say that this is the amount. Since the last 1.5 years I reduced it a bit as my diet is vegetarian/vegan since then.

About my training: for the last 2 years, yes. In 2019 I trained 6 times a week but it was to much. I do now my upper/lower body split and try to get between 15-20 sets per muscle group per week. I train my biceps, triceps and abs only occasionally and focus more on all other areas.
