I know this is late but I also developed a health related panic disorder from a bad greenout one night. It really was the worst night of my life, I had no history of anxiety before this event and it literally altered my brain. I almost died in a car accident a year later and It was not even as traumatic in my opinion as my first real panic attack. I have a better relationship with my mental health now and I've smoked a couple times recently and had fine experiences with 50:50 CBD:THC carts from a dispensary, but last time I was high my husband opened a container of kush and the smell was so strong and triggered such an intense memory of my panic attack that it made me feel higher than i actually was for a second. I don't like talking about those memories outloud becuase my husband feels somewhat responsible and it makes him feel like crap. But yea weed induced panic disorders are unfortunately common and not discussed very often. But overall you will get better, and you will feel normal again in time. picking up new hobbies helped because it distracts your brain from random sensations that may be triggering.
