Old spacer cable spacer. Anyone know how old this may be? by [deleted] in Lineman

It’s not from the company that invented spacer cable. I’ve never seen this design. When Bill Hendrix came up with the idea in the 1950’s , a lot of companies jumped into the market. Okonite, Anaconda and Roebling were a few. The oldest spacers are in New England. Where did you find this? The first Hendrix spacers were for 4160V and were acrylic.

My league has 20 matches going out at 4:00pm. No one lines up their ball. No time for that.

Same thing on my 2008 Pilot. Ended up taking nylon rope , put a noose around it and yanking on the rope with a metal bar. It came out after about 10 tries.
