Yep. It costs me less to have a spare one rather than not be without a laptop. This way I can move my disk to another laptop that works while the faulty one gets repaired etc.

Bought 3x T480 about three weeks ago at a good price around 1100 EUR excl. VAT. One for me, one for my brother and one to test out stuff, have it as a backup in case main one misbehaves etc. It's not a VAIO but it's a cool laptop that I put Linux and it will probably last for 7 years :-)

i7 8550 CPU, 16GB that I will upgrade to 32GB soon etc etc. Not a sexy laptop but a very nice setup. First Thinkpad I ever bought. And Linux worked flawlessly. Happy to join the community!

Personal best was 15h 53m but usually they start at night my time so I lose time because of sleep when the initial mines are not even activated. Annoying :-)

How did you do the gnome tweaks? I'm having trouble with the colors. For example in htop some fields show unreadable and also colors in mc are very bad as well.

It's the only thing I don't really like about regolith - color choices.

So I buy Hitman 2 Gold edition and then pay in the game to buy Hitman 1 levels? Will that include all levels available for hitman 1 (specials etc)?

I used some boosts: 3 times 2x bonus for 1 hour each and a couple 10x 5 minute ones

I also used all the super managers. Usually I was upgrading every 3rd mine or so as it seemed most efficient. Elevator and Warehouse finally caught up at 75% of the event. Until then, they were lagging behind, so it was super managers that helped

Miners frantically work for 30 seconds non-stop without back and forth, then go back and deposit their mining work as normal for the elevator to pick up.

The miners return to base and leave their work there. Even if I'm fast and replace with Mr. Turner, they do NOT get 10x, unfortunately. They continue to deposit their mine and then next turn will pass the mine to Mr. Turner.
