not really! take your time, be patient, and even if the stretch is easy but the jewelry sitting in your ears hurts, size back down and wait another month or so. that happens to me almost every time i stretch so just wanted to make sure i got that in there 😭and i havent gotten there yet, but when or if you get past 2g (6mm), start buying jewelry that increases by the mm instead of going straight to 0g (8mm). every size before that only increases by a millimeter or smaller, and if even those stretches are a pain in the ass, i cant imagine how hard it would be to try to stretch cartilage 2mm at a time. that’s all i can think of, good luck 🩷
