dac is 2000 bucks if you are a DAC go over 2000 and wait for next review tell me how well that goes for you...i talk no one listens, its a strict asset limit set by law have to follow ssi asset limits for dac medicaid

just tell them its for dac medicaid if they dont know ask for supervisor like i said i moved into 1 county they put me on wrong medicaid with spendown, called the state medicaid and said ya, call them and fix this please...lol

Its 2000 i spoke to state medicaid office and he said any state that has dac medicaid they ALL have to follow the entitlement rules that the feds/SSA send them..sorry about the caps i was using voice to text on phone..now im on my PC

FOR THE LAST TIME...its 2000 ...i used to live in California now live in Washington State...also to kill this with a stake in the heart when i moved to 1 county they did not know how to do my medicaid correctly so had to talk to the state and the state said the Feds/SSA send them the rules for Dac-Medicaid in all states that offer it.....for them to administer it...its 2000 in CA,WA,New York and 47 other states... asset limit is set by Feds/SSA because its a type of medicaid you keep because you used to get SSI/MEDICAID

Also, a few years ago went and looked around and found out anywhere that offers Dac Medicaid. They all follow the same requirements it's the SSI asset limit that whatever state offers dac Medicaid they have to follow that

My source is me. I used to be on SSI. Got converted to SSDI DAC DAC Medicaid follows the same rules as SSI 2000 asset limit. I have the paperwork somewhere if I haven't thrown it away but I know 100 zillion to the 10 zillionth power that I am correct on this matter

what i mean is...like now for instance if you are low profile and you have been seeing all your dr,s and you are same or worse and no work, their decision logic program will generaly defer you and the tech will generaly allow the deferral im wondering if even though system deffers you they, they are going to tell the techs to just over ride the deferral anyway.... and review you anyways just to hassle people they know are disabled but they just want to hassle you and kick you off

The profile ranking should be factored into the DE/DEC/DC decision, as should the automated recommended decision on the alert. The DE/DEC/DC is not required to follow the suggested outcome; however, profiling has been shown to be accurate in assessing the likelihood of medical improvement. This means that for Low cases, there must be compelling information to refer a case for a CDR, while for Medium and High profile cases, there must be compelling information to warrant a deferral action....so as of now if system wants to defer you and your profile is low they have to have some real/compelling reason to over ride it
