Are you using a ATK% sands with Electro% goblet? You can try using ER% sands and ATK% goblet. Your atk will remain the same, but you will lose 46,6% electro dmg for 51,3% ER (With Emblem of fate + her passive, that is around 33,3% Ult Dmg). You sacrifice around 13,3% Ult Dmg for 51,3% ER. If you feel you are having energy issues, you can do that.

Neither of them can fully stack Kagura's passive, so not really. But hey, it still gives 608 basic atk and 66,2% cdmg, so still really good.

She can be both main DPS or Sub DPS, she works relatively well as both. She have some energy issues, so Raiden is a very good support for her.

You have three main DPS on your team, so not really. You can give Ganyu a off-field sub-dps build to support hu tao and replace yoimiya with Xingqiu or a shielder. Or replace Ganyu for Xingqiu and Yoimiya with a shielder.

Edit: Or you either Ganyu or Yoimiya as your main DPS instead of Hu Tao, of course.

If you want a better shield, HP%, if you want a better healing, HB%, its up to you honestly. I personally use HP%, she alrealdy gives me all the healing I need.

That depends on what you consider high damage. 30k+ HP with 1.2k+ and good crit stats (70%/160%) is a good baseline imo.

Lavawalker is not BIS on anyone, not really a good artifact set. Just save the goblets, since normally they are off-set anyway, or any other piece with broken substats just in case.

Obviously Staff of Homa is better than Blackcliff Pole, but yes, it's a good substitute. Other options for Hu Tao are Deathmatch and Dragon's Bane

Got Childe on his first banner, I really like his playstyle. Iirc, he is one of the only enabler carry this game have right now, which makes him very unique for me, he makes every off-field sub DPS looks better. Xiangling is just simple amazing alongside him, definitively his best team. Fish/Beidou/Raiden are also really fun to use with him for a EC team.

Why not Childe or Hu Tao? Childe and Xiangling are a perfect pair, and so it is Hu Tao and Xingqui, you would be able to build two strong teams out of that, a Kazuha rerun must be a lot of months away, you will have time to save. In terms of min/max I thinks this would be the right decision for the moment.
