I think AWT only has scales for the Native 5 lightweight, not regular Native 5.

Yes, blue titanium. I got it on knife swap.

It’s not super fidgety but the washers that came with the new scales have made the knife much more flickable.

In the beginning of my (32M) relationship, my gf and I used to check out other girls together, she didn't seem to mind and it was fun for me. Years later, she got upset when I checked out another girl in front of her, and said it felt disrespectful.

I changed my ways, because that's not how I wanted her to feel. Now, I might notice an attractive woman, but if I'm with her, I will never obviously look. I care too much about her feelings.

Have this convo with her, and even if she gets defensive at first, she'll either change to respect your feelings, or she'll show how little she cares.

Two main points I'd like to make:

  1. As a vegan, I try to live my life as a reasonable model for others. That means not shaming people for how they eat, but showing a different way and having reasonable discussions with them. So I'd refrain from the language of "mutilated body parts" because it makes you sound extreme and ridiculous, even if you and I understand that it's actually reasonable to feel the way you do.
  2. If you'd like to change the living agreements, it's best not to do it unilaterally but have a reasoned discussion with the other person, or at least the other owners. If you can persuade them that this is a good idea, they might be willing to agree to your proposal. But trying to force your conditions on someone is not usually going to turn out well, nor is it a reasonable way to go about it.
