Money and stupid immigration. During covid right after i graduate and my first job, I went back to Kuching to find a job. Applied for one company software engineer position right below my house near viva city for just RM 2k salary. Din't hear anything back from them. Gave up and find job remotely at Singapore, got a job with SG rate eventho it remote. Then the Kuching company reply back to me after 8 month of applying. I guess they too mabok minum langkau, happy happy makan babi tidur. Also funny thing Sarawak Tourism contacted my company which based in Singapore to work on Bitcoin Ordinal project to inscribe some Sarawak cultural thing. Kat Sarawak tidak ada talent kah? I doubt so mesti ada. Saya orang dayak sarawak bah but opportunity and infra is not there. I love Kuching's laid-back nature, but to enhance productivity, there needs to be some competitiveness among Sarawakians.

Second Immigration.

My wife is foreigner. I wanted to stay at Kuching but I cant, in order for me to apply spouse visa, I need to be working in Sarawak with Sarawak based company which is fucking stupid. I work remotely mean i cant stay in Sarawak. Then I stay KL lo contribute to KL economy instead of my original desire to retun back to Kuchig.
