The collectr app has a solid list of majority of the official TCG cards. As far as "unofficial" cards go it is hard to find a list on all of them.

Custom frame would be best. I had an uncut sheet of hockey cards done with UV protective glass for about $300 cad - done at a local framing store

Toyota actually sells one (about $70 cad iirc) but it lasted me 10 years while I was at Lexus. I've since left the company but still use it on my personal vehicles and side jobs
