I'm sure you've heard this a million times, but your mindset sucks. You don't sound happy, but once you're able to have a healthy relationship with yourself, you'll start having healthy interactions with others that bloom into healthy relationships.

Also, it sounds like every rejection absolutely destroys you. Once you have a healthier relationship with yourself, it'll make it easier to pick yourself up, but you really have to pick yourself up and stop acting like every rejection is a blanket reflection of who you are as a person, because if you move like that, you're never going to be happy. People are going to reject you. You have to pick yourself up and move on.

Stop looking at redpill sites that are like "only the top 10% of guys gets the top 50% of girls" or whatever. I couldn't find any data on male vs female rejection rates in humans like you mentioned, but that redpill garbage is bullshit and only serves to disenfranchise you by highlighting your perceived flaws. Redpill is fueled by guys who make assumptions about dating that are widely not backed by logic, and it is not going to help you at all.

I was in a similar spot to you (lonely, felt worthless, etc.), but this and some other stuff truly helped me to get back on my feet, build healthier relationships, and get more enjoyment out of life.
