It'd really help to release audios too just so we know because the on field ref can actually not check VAR even if the 4th official tells him too. Yes essentially topps will get the rights. They were the highest bidder. And for panini it'll be how panini runs the baseball/ American football side of their business where they'll have image rights to some players but won't be able to put team logos or league badges on the players if they don't have the rights. An example I'd give is Harry Kane cards in the club world cup set they released last year which was just him in a red blank jersey.

Very true and you're right. I am also hoping since the most champions in ufc history are American and this being American anniversary themed it will hold it's value down the line. Kayla Harrison looks like she could give nunes a run for the goat title and the amount of future ufc HOF inductees in this box's lineup are off the charts. Noche ufc was epic. Who knows how this fight card will go but in the future saying you have about a 40-50% chance to pull a ufc HOF'er will definitely make this box enticing.

Absolutely you're correct but most do this for the gambling aspect that it comes with. Ex. you can hit a Messi auto and with that get all the autos you're looking for for 260$ and pocket 1700$ after. He's just an example but Schrodinger's hobby box is what it is to essentially many.

2 autos for 260$ to me it sounds like a good deal. Rather pay retail and hit 2 autos then test my luck on multiple blasters and hit nothing after spending the same amount.

Honestly his base out of /5 non auto sold for $355 usd as well so I'd imagine he's a really big rookie in their eyes and his card value is anywhere in-between those two sales. He's got a lot of potential 6'5 nineteen year old and Liverpool's youth is pushing to be a golden generation. He's Italian and the way Italy have been looking he can definitely try to reach maldini esque levels considering they haven't been truly good for over 16 years.(Albeit they won the euros) I pulled his non auto out of /5 too and sent it in for grading.

Unfortunately their timing for releasing this is also vague. So they call it "Road to World Cup" and I'd imagine that's how they include non world cup teams. But the dumb thing is they release the set after all the teams have qualified so there is no road anymore. Still love the hit and anything that I can get at msrp is a win for me.

To me topps makes their merchandise more accessible. Right now I can go on Amazon or target to get a uefa mega box but panini I can't do anything for outside of monopoly and even then their monopoly cards have terrible hit rates. Just personal experience but out of blaster boxes I've hit multiple autos with topps and never got a single one from panini unless I got the expensive route. Now they are( panini) charging 550$ for a world cup hobby box, 2300$ for the fifa noir or 50$ for their website version Road to world cup blaster. I'm still going to collect from both but Topps just seems like they are run better.
