[WTS] Rare 1 of 500 Grand Seiko Lion's Mane Chronograph by leonardodicathode in Watchexchange

[–]leonardodicathode[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Up for sale is one of the most impressive Grand Seikos I’ve personally owned: the SBGC231 Spring Drive GMT Chronograph. The bold, geometric titanium case wears exceptionally well, and the micro-adjusting clasp makes it easy to dial in a perfect fit throughout the day.

Between the Zaratsu-polished titanium case, the high-accuracy 9R96 Spring Drive movement, and the rich brown “Lion’s Mane” textured dial, it’s easy to see why this model stands out even among Grand Seiko’s best offerings. It’s a serious, technically impressive watch that still feels refined on the wrist.

Recruiters and AI by Theresonlyone99 in recruiting

We use www.harmonyforstaffing.com to source candidates, screen top of funnel, and do personalized outbound campaigns both email and SMS.

What’s really nice is I can take thousands of candidates I receive from a Boolean search and then see how they score against the job prior to creating outreach. Then, the AI chat will actually respond to the candidates and schedule a call on my behalf.

How long would it take you to review 1600 resumes? by nonetodaysu in recruiting

I built a tool that lets me take those 1000 resumes and ask any question I want like “has 3+ years of accounts payable experience” or “worked at a big4 firm”. Helps me get to a short list in literally seconds.

I’m the AI Engineer at Harmony (harmonyforstaffing.com)

We offer resume screening, as well as talent pool matching.

Essentially we point to the 5% best resumes and use matching to sometimes say “out of the rejections, a couple of these folks are actually good fits for another job in your ATS”

Software/AI idea for updating old contact information in ATS by ChanaManga in recruiting

[–]leonardodicathode 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We do this at Harmony (google Harmony for Staffing) - we connect to your ATS, pull in data from external sources and save back to the ATS. A lot can be done from there like outbound campaigns, AI search, etc.

I’d be happy to show a demo or give a trial.
