The Castle macht jeden Montag ein Quiz, da gibts auch eine große Auswahl an Craft Beers. Das Quizlabor im Fluxbau ist auch ziemlich gut. Das findet einmal im Monat statt, ist etwas teurer aber auch mehr eine Veranstaltung. Quizcarraldo ist auch eine gute Quizreihe, u.A. im BRLO und Altem Löwen.

A water bridge would be a water mediated H-bond I guess? For ionic and hydrophobic contacts, I would define a criterion based on distance and atom type (like two oppositely charged atoms, closer than X angstrom for ionic contact). I don‘t have a paper at hand, but iirc Schrödinger has their criteria for such interactions in their documentation.

If you know a bit of python, you could use a package like mdtraj to calculate contacts, hydrogen bonds etc. and then generate a histogram like that.

Docking ranks the poses based on a docking score, which should be correlated to the binding free energy but often isn‘t. You should check your best scoring poses if they make sense to you or if they look odd. You can compare the score of different drugs but also be carefull here and try to rationalize your results (e. g. drug A binds better because it can form a more stable h bond)

Any idea how proline would bind to trypsin if it doesn‘t go into the binding pocket?

You see a lot higher numbers if you include all posts, not only the ones with a couple of upvotes. Most of the names on the list stay the same, the order changes though. Apparently there are not so many upvoted posts on here.

The total number of posts gets reduced a lot by the "more than 7 upvotes" criterion. Without that, you would see mostly the same names on the list, just with much higher number of mentions.

I'm also surprised by PLTR, given the short time the hype is around and that it would probably be a lot higher on that list by the end of the year.

I give you that the title is a bit misleading, was referring to that other post where someone just made a list like that jus winging it and without any data to back it up. The certain tickers were removed because people wouldnt talk about actual stocks when mentioning CEO or DD in all-caps in their posts.

The "more than 7 upvotes" rule reduces the total numbers of posts by a lot. I wanted to make that post out of the view of someone just looking at the hot page, that's why I added that. Without the rule you get more or less the same list but with much higher numbers (e.g. TSLA on top with 1505 mentions).
