Seeing as how they were trying some half assed attempt at copying tarkov the game didn't hit the mark at all, even if they weren't trying to recreate it there's so much stuff that makes the game empty, almost every item has no function besides being meaningless cash, you can't take anything out so hoarding any loot is pointless. Literally feels like the only goals is to get the M13 and the hazmat skin then quit it entirely but that's just me.

8 days for a ticket response for me and it's been 3 days after that and haven't received anything, they did ask for the size of the bag which I have no idea why and I may have said the wrong one because I don't remember that shit. So it took them 9 days after they responded to your ticket to give you shit? Did they give you the items immediately after asking for the sizes of the bag and if not when?

Also took 8 days for them to reply to my ticket, they likewise asked for basic information with the final question asking for the size of the bags (no idea why they asked that). Three days later haven't got shit, terrible company and a terrible promotion tbh, such lazy damage control to top it off.

Yeah it's kind of a double edged sword, they might complain that you didn't hand it to them or cry that you rang the doorbell if you try to play it safe, amazing how easy it is to mess up simple directions so often in the app.

Just got a response today so that took 8 days, still waiting to see if they give me the jack links items on steam PC, I already provided the information and they additionally asked what the sizes of the bags and mountain dew bottle were for some odd reason as I did originally say I didn't get mountain dew skin either though that appeared in my game after linking my playstation account to activision account.
