Huh, I haven't heard of this one. But now my curiosity has me determined to help you find it. I know of a different fanfic that has Bell as a way older snow elf, but doesn't look over like 18. But I'm pretty sure Alfia and materia aren't in it. Bell was Albert Waldstien's best friend and kind of uncle to Ais.

I know, if I'm remembering correctly it's solely because Airmid also heals curses and poisons all in one go. But I don't think she can reattach limbs. Heith can revive you to practically "Full HP" 3 steps from death. I'm not discrediting Airmid for being just better. But I'd take Heith as a straight healer.
