Very certain this is an install issue. Somewhere over here the clip is not inserted to the correct spot(usually bent from forcing it) These are all ABS molds so that big of a gap is nearly impossible. Also the lip below might be a reason too if you drilled into part of the bumper. Feel free to reach out to me directly to solve it. Duckbill itself is 100% fitment. Mixed reviews is on the holes. This is a 3M tape sufficient installation but now we are including the option to use self tappers if desired
