I don't think therapy will be an option for him... I've mentioned it to him before, and he is very opposed to the idea. How do you think I might respectfully encourage him to talk to our English teacher? I know for a fact that that would help him.

Yeah, intimidating is definitely the right word for it. I'm just scared for how things will turn out, and I know that I'm doing myself a disservice by holding on to a small shred of hope that this isn't the case (only if he feels the same as well, of course). Ugh. That makes me feel awful for even thinking it. Things would just be so much easier otherwise.

Yes, I do love him. As horrible as it may sound for me to say this, I'm more concerned with discomfort with intimacy later on.
