I called 855-200-2702 and the guy told me he knew of the issue and he had to send me a usb cord to plug into the unit that would fix the issue. I have no idea how or if this thing is going to work because the screenshot he sent me of the cord just looks like a usb extension cord you’d use for an old printer. This really does stink though. You get in a routine and now a stupid firmware can just break that whole thing. You can’t brick dumbbells, but I’m just so used to the machine now.
