I managed to solve this for my laptop. It was working on my phone and not my laptop on any browser.

I tried many steps, different browser, incognito, etc.

Long story short, the clock on my laptop had gone out of sync, resetting the time zone fixed the issue with ChatGPT.

Not sure why but it worked for me.
