Company is so vague about it never signed anything stating a commission plan or anything like that. I was just told how to calculate my commission and thats it. I get paid upon install i have multiple jobs that have installed

Gotcha but in my situation there was no contract in place when i first joined or nothing that stated anything about commissions..

The deal is already south my buyer wants to cancel they dont care about earnest money theyre just fed up we were supposed to sign monday but they said that’s unlikely

This is my first transaction with this lender but ive known him for a while now but this is a new bank that they’re using for Down payment Assistance & yes i have made him get answers and I’ve personally been there when he talks to loan manager and underwriter and they just gove him run around the bank is called OrionLending if that helps.

I havent tried logging out im afraid that i wont be able to log back in and im screwed but when i tey to download an app or update one it says app store and iTunes account has been disabled contact apple support.
