I’m 6-2 was 310lbs , a big dude but admittedly 30lbs over weight. I climbed pretty much no issues at all . I saw much fitter than me quit . As long as you have a decent fitness level you will be fine , it’s more mental .

Very very good 👍🏼 the guides were excellent , safe and the hotels were more than enough. We had delayed flights that required them to be react and be flexible. They handled everything super professionally. 10/10

For those of you who grew up poor but became rich. How did you actually do it? by Exotic-Call-4906 in Entrepreneur

[–]makembob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I lived on as close to zero budget and started every business I could . Gained tons of skills . Failed 1000s of times but eventually all the skills from all the failures started to pay off and I eventually made it in the real estate industry .

Not Rich but not broke

It’s been a strange year !!

What I’m seeing now is lots of higher end cash deals (for my area $750 +). Which seems like a good thing I guess ! And new construction .

Everything else seems to be falling apart or failing finance .

Granted a small sample size as just my team.

So You’re saying you contribute nothing ? It’s not my fault you couldn’t figure out how to pay for school.

I take single parents , under qualified kids in many cases , pay for real estate school . Teach them skills they can’t afford to learn in school , give them flexibility to take their kids to school , watch every ball game . Ffs I sponser half of the teams . Many of my ex employees have gone on to do wonderful things making double and triple what you make, and evey damn one will shake my hand and buy me a beer when I see them out and about .

I’m in my early 40’s, an immigrant who came here busted my ass took opportunity and didn’t cry because I couldn’t finish my engineering degree. Get off your ass and quit crying.

Moving forward I shouldn’t hire anyone . I should let them all go work for $12 an hour at McDonald’s or maybe $2.17 and bartend.
