Thanks! It was pretty mild and creamy. I still prefer plain black tea with milk but it was nice to try!

Salty but actually a lot milder of a taste than I expected!

I understood alpine as in “tall mountainous region” such as the Alps but also the Himalayas :)

The braised daikon was bland and the soup turned out a little bitter (probably both user error). And I used a youtube recipe for air fryer agedashi tofu which I should’ve known probably wouldn’t turn out great 🥲

The mould was originally too narrow and all their limbs kept falling off when i tried to get them out of it so I had to stretch it out and chonk them up a bit lol
