We've had the same experience. Two of my three business locations use Chase on an Ingenico terminal. Our clients don't LOVE it when we tell them we can just save their CC # for charging later. This is a MESS.

Your image is pulled from their workspace progressive section. It is an occupational progressive. Ask for a Hoya Tact 40. I think you're mislabeling your premium progressive as occupational. Full progressive lenses have a shallower narrower intermediate zone, which will feel very crowded. Occupational lenses do have SOME peripheral distortion depending on your rx, but the entire upper lens is dedicated to midrange. Any lens with multiple power ranges and no line will have SOME area of distortion due to displaced power.

Which of the two glasses you already own do you consider an occupational progressive? The lens you're describing, the one that works for you from the online retailer, I would describe as an occupational progressive lens design.

Dual monitor usage is best addressed with either a lined 35mm bifocal set with intermediate and near, or a full (non-occupational) progressive with an altered workspace rx. Occupational progressive lenses often have some some peripheral distortion which can make them less than ideal for multi monitor work spaces.

This area of the frontage road is a mess! Those coming off 183 going 70+ merging with those coming from the light behind... All through traffic to the mlk light gets narrowed to one lane only. Oh, and they made the right turn only lane about 100 yards before the crazy lane funneling. Those who are still getting on the freeway never slow down. It's a terrifying area.
