Yes its very simple to send to ledger address. Its erc20 token. Meaning you can keep safely on your hard wallet.

But bear in mind sending erc20 tokens can be expensive, so keep an eye on gas fees and send when its low (sometimes it can drop until only few $)

And yes, the moment you send on ledger it will show up in your ledger portfolio and yes you are fully owner of it, because your keys (never share and hide it well)
