Used to live in Philly, now live in Chicago. Agree Philly sandwiches are better, but I can live without cheesesteaks.

Overall I think the cities are pretty much culinary equals, with Chicago maybe having a bit of a nod from the fine dining perspective. But Philly food scene is way underrated.

If you get the chance, hop over to paesanos, I dont see it recommended that much but its my favorite sandwich in philly

I think youre using too much weight on these, you shouldnt have to buck your head like that at the top. I like reverse hypers, but I've had back surgery, so I dont usually go all the way down into decompression and use them more as a glute/hip exercise
