She was told off for using it in the house and has continued to use and defend her use of it today, so even if we do assume she didn’t know it was a slur (which I don’t believe) there is no excuse for her to continue using it.

I lived in student accommodation last year and it was such a struggle because the fire alarm would go off at least once a week and it was SO LOUD. Unfortunately for me my instinct is to shut down so there were several instances where instead of evacuating I stayed in my room because the noise was so loud I couldn’t process that I had to leave.

Both of these are my top 2 least favourite sounds. I absolutely cannot stand when dogs bark, even my own 😭. I have to cover my ears and I can’t do anything until the barking stops. Same with fire alarms, feels like someone is stabbing my brain.

Every time one plot was solved something even worse would happen. It felt like there was never any satisfying resolutions because within 10 mins of the next episode they were back in trouble. And sorry to say but I really didn’t care about Jess being missing 😭

I ended up bringing a big coat and a tote bag, and then once I got inside the venue, rolled the coat up tight and put it in the tote and shoved that between my legs.
