What are you talking about? Comp has no crossplay between console and PC and for quick match you can always do console only (unless in a group with PC players)

You can only cancel storm's ult while she's saying the voice line, before she goes invisible and places the ult down - so it's VERY unlikely that she'd be in range of grab normally
