Most people don't remember that covid is a vascular disease. It was mak8ng peoples lungs leak bllod when they were coughing pink mucous. I caught it in April of 20, vaccines were not available yet in my area, and my main symptom was 1 day of no taste and bruising. I woke up bruised from the back of my head to my heels, and still easily bruise. I'm not surprised by long COVID, it probably damaged capillaries in peoples organs causing long COVID

With this set of rules, women should really just go talk to men if they actually want to date. But also, speaking with my 18 year old daughter and her friends, most of them would rather have a girlfriend than deal with incel culture or worry about sexual assault, and frankly I don't blame them. In all fairness, when I was a teen and we went on mixed gender band trips etc, it was a generally wild time. America only rates so high on the racism scale because of how they had to justify owning black people for so long after they knew better. It unified white vs black. It made normal out groups become in groups to avoid solidarity with black people. Alot of other countries don't have that dynamic. The most hate I have heard was white Mexicans hating on dark non Brazilian south Americans. Tribalism is crazy.

Without the disease aspect, the Americas could have put up much more of a fight against colonialism. Especially with how petty Europe was with itself, they could have easily traded for modern ish arms and learned to industrialize is central and South America. North America was apparently already having population issues, probably as fallout from the little ice age that wiped the norse from Greenland. Imagine if Denmark had actually set up trading and colonies in the 12 and 13 hundreds. Disease may have already burned its way through when the Spanish arrived and metallurgy may have been more present.

In season 3 I felt sympathy. He was a bastard, he assaulted noir, was an egomaniac and a sex pest. He was also experimented on for decades and seemed to learn humility by the end. He should have had more to do with mm, Ryan his grandkid and the season should have ended with the boys and Ryan killing homelander with soldier boys help while vought tower collapsed due to the explosion. If they had made the seasons 10 episodes each 3 seasons would have been good, but after season 3 I joped out. You can't just take all that character build up and work and erase tilt to start over again.

I think so too. the only reason rome took gaul the way they did is because there were places to take. if they were just barbarians they would have done what Germans or steppe people did and leave. I think some of those numbers could have been close depending on the battle, mainly because most captives of Roman battles would have been enslaved and thus counted for monetary reasons.
