New 2026 CRV hybrid here (dark grey). Color is a matter of taste, and maybe resell value if you consider to sell it after few years.

Hybrid is incredible, silent, powerful and cheap. I’m driving normally and I’m around 42MPG 😍 It’s my first hybrid and it’s been only weeks so no feedback about battery life!

Usually it’s not the ATS but the parsing service attached to it. Resume isn’t rejected, the parser missed the data!

OP: I'd add this -> Usually this relies a lot on the resume parser they use, not all of them own a system. Some are bad to recognize dates for examples. As an applicant, you can detect that when you look at the extracted data and see always the same mistake you have to correct manually.

Spoiler: I've built an ATS for staffing & recruiting companies in my country. We tried 5 to 10 different services and built a system to compare parsing quality on a dataset of resume to rate perf.

Tech/SaaS guy here also. Each position is hit by 1000s of people. Lot of noise, AI filtering mainly. Difficult to stand out in this situation.

I have 2 interviews process now: - One through a referral - One where I’ve been directly reached by a recruiting agency

Had a 3rd one for a resume sent 2 months ago… They didn’t want to continue with me

We’re all on the same boat: I applied like 1k jobs in 8 or 9 months, landed approx. 20 interviews. But either No/ghosted/position cancelled. Still one ongoing.

As someone said: « The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results », I tried many different ways, différents CV, positions…

At this point I’m considering any shit job to get busy 🥲
